[FM] cafes and raidio shows in Rochester?

I'm new to the Rochester, NY area. I moved here from the Albany, NY area. I 
would appreciate any recommendations regarding folk radio shows and folk 
cafe's and clubs. I know that Christine Lavin is from this area. There must 
be a local venue that she likes to perform at.
