Hello All!

We at Fox Run hope that you have all recovered from the post-turkey coma
brought on by Thanksgiving!

Our next concert is coming up fast…..we are looking forward to having Teddy
Goldstein, Andrew McKnight and Anne Weiss at Fox Run on Saturday, December
7th at 7:30Pm. It should prove to be a fantastic evening of music from 3
artists who are distinctly different in their musical styles. You'll
laugh, you'll cry, yadda, yadda, yadda.....Come here some new artists!

Teddy Goldstein is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He majored in Theatre
and performing arts at Boston University before studying music at The
Berklee College of Music in Boston. Currently, Teddy lives in New York
City where he is a frequent performer on the Singer/Songwriter circuit.

Teddy has released one independent record and is in the process of
recording his second record with Producer Doug Petty. The first CD is full
of witty sensitive lyrics which focus on such universal themes as personal
relationships, love, and cars. His songs are masterpieces of storytelling,
always emotionally charged and sprinkled with humor. This CD features a
band of exceptional musicians including Ethan Eubanks, Steve Walsh, Richard
Hammond and Dan Tomlinson, (drummer for Lyle Lovett and his Large
Band). www.teddygoldstein.com

Environmental engineer-turned-songwriter, Andrew McKnight is a high energy
crowd pleaser for audiences nationwide ~ from intimate unplugged house
concerts to large stages such as the New Artist showcases at the Falcon
Ridge Folk, Kerrville Folk and Napa Valley Music Festivals. A modern-day
manifestation of the traditional pioneer folk artist, this Shenandoah
Valley songwriter, guitarist, and poet's rurally-based music reflects an
oral history built on the past while firmly rooted in the present. Andrew
frames his stories and observations in a diverse southern " 'mountain
gumbo' brand of music that mixes folk, blues and bluegrass in one appealing
and energetic sound" (Norwich Bulletin).

Andrew has released two critically acclaimed recordings on the Falling
Mountain Music label; his 1995 debut Traveler and the 1998 follow-up Where
This River Runs (co-produced with original Nitty Gritty Dirt Band member
Les Thompson), have enjoyed folk and acoustic radio air play around the
world. www.shenandoahacoustics.com/sa/drew

Anne Weiss is a singer-songwriter whose vocal, guitar, and piano styles
incorporate new folk, blues, and gospel. Her first CD, Tomorrow's Gate,
was praised as "one of the finest new albums" (Jeff Emery, Folk Music
Director, KZSC Radio). Her new release, Crossing the Border, has been
called "brilliant." (Mike Myer, KRVM Radio). Both albums feature guest
artists Dar Williams and Keith Greeninger. Anne has shared stages with Dar
Williams, Ani DiFranco, Dan Fogelberg, Richie Havens, Catie Curtis, Greg
Brown, Cheryl Wheeler, Patti Larkin, Aztec Two-Step, and
Guardabarranco. She appears on recordings with Shawn Colvin, Patti Larkin,
Geoff Bartley, Jim Infantino, and others.

Anne also arranges music for and directs a cappella choirs nationally,
using multi-cultural music. On tour, she has developed the art of
"spontaneous choir", sometimes offering a two hour pre-concert workshop
which often culminates in a "spontaneous
performance". www.rahul.net/hrmusic/bios/awbio/html
